Who we are

What data we collect

Only what you send in the quote form: name, business, email, phone, product, quantity and message. To stop spam we briefly keep your IP address, which is deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request and prepare your quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with others.

How long we keep it

Requests are deleted automatically after 12 months. If we sign a contract, its records are kept as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

The website is hosted by Namecheap, which stores the data only on our behalf. We do not use Google Analytics, ads or trackers. Fonts and scripts load from our own server, not from third parties.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that secures the form, and a "lang" cookie that remembers the language you chose. No cookie is used to track you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, and you can object to its use. Write to us at standardscups@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information and Privacy Agency (IPA) of the Republic of Kosovo, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
